Enterprise Solution Password Enhancement

New with QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 5 is a complete change in the way that passwords are handled.  The result is flexibility in the data users are able to access (more than 115+ areas) and they functionality they have when they do.

There are now two parts of setting up password access:

1. Establish a role – this can be a general role (such as AR Clerk) or it can be a specific role for a specific user.  Included is the ability to create a view only role which has long been requested.
2. Set Up the user – the user name and password is set up and roles added to the user.
