Profit Cents Upgrade

Sageworks is the company that provides the expert analysis tool as part of QuickBooks through Intuit.  The upgrade from the free version included with QuickBooks Premier is called Profit Cents.  It is subscription software that is internet based.

Just like the free version, the analysis is based on functional areas.  However, there are several key advantages to the upgrade:

1. Because it is internet based, the industry information is typically more current.
2. The report can be modified in Word for additional information known by the professional (including adding the firm's letterhead to the report)
3. The expanded report uses a 1-100 scale as compared to the five star rating in the free version
4. There are two pages of benchmark comparison including calculation and explanation

Pricing:

Regular price: $750/year individual practitioner, $1,500/year 2-10 users, $2,300/year 11-25 users. Call 877-724-3967 speak with Drew White (x 513) or Byron Rausenberger at (757) 871-3165.
